One Voice of Many

Teddy Galloway is a 41-year-old father, community leader, and host of "One Voice of Many" podcast. Born and raised in Frederick, MD as the oldest of six, he brings over two decades of experience in national security education, change management, and leadership development. As a Black millennial thought leader, Teddy explores the intersection of politics, religion, history, and culture through authentic conversations that challenge conventional thinking. His mission is to mentor the next generation of leaders while fostering transparent government, servant leadership, and community connection. Teddy believes in eating last, speaking last, and leading by example to create a future where children grow up free, informed, and empowered to forge lasting change.
